2. Are Pantor watches suitable for deep-sea diving?
Yes. Many of our models, like the Pantor Seahorse and Seal, offer water resistance up to 1000 meters (3300 ft), helium escape valves, and screw-down crowns — making them ideal for serious divers.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary based on your location. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

4. How long will it take to receive my watch?

  • USA: 3–14 business days

  • Europe & Asia: 7–20 business days

  • Other regions: 10–20 business days

Tracking numbers are provided once the order ships.

5. Will I need to pay import taxes or customs fees?
Depending on your country, import duties or VAT may apply. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Do Pantor watches come with a warranty?
Yes. All Pantor watches include a 1-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects. This excludes damage from accidents, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.

7. What is your return policy?
You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Watches must be in original condition and packaging. Please contact us at information@pantorwatches.com before sending back any products.
