Warranty Info​

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a return, full refund policy, on all unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

The watch must be returned in original packaging including all manuals, warranty cards along with any other original packaging. A watch can only be returned if it has never been worn. The same applies to bands and clasps. If the watch shows the slightest sign of being worn, we will not accept it, as we do not sell used or refurbished merchandise. Any watch that is returned may incurr a re-stocking fee of 20.% non refundable charge.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Once we receive it back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.

Warranty:

Your watch is covered by the Pantor’s international warranty. 

We offer a one-year warranty. Does not include (or limited to) scratches, man-made damage, improper use, outside force, etc. For more info, please check below list.

Whats not covered:

1) Normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental impact, including the scratches on  sapphire, bezel, bezel insert, case and bracelet.


2) Damage caused by mistreatment or modification or substitution of parts.


3) Damage cause by improper operation or use.


4) Water infiltration due to unlocked the crown completely, or using in depths in excess  of the water resistance rating imprinted on the watch.


5)Damage or defects caused by repairs performed other than by one authorized by Pantor  watches.


6) Loss

The warranty does not extend to the watch bracelets,bezels, watch cases, watch glasses, buttons and crowns nor does it cover any damage done to the case and the movement by water or moisture entering the watch because of a handling error.

Customer will be responsible for the cost of ship the watch back to our appoint U.S address.

During the warranty period, Pantor provides free warranty services. No refunds and exchanges are accepted.
